Job summary

Nabi Health seeks a Territory Manager to grow our referral network across the Jacksonville metro area. This field-based role combines home-base planning with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices, educating providers about Nabi's weight-inclusive care model and supporting the referral workflow.

You will build trusted relationships, manage a provider pipeline, and represent Nabi at local events to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based provider outreach and referral development.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and operate independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed with organized approach to territory management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person provider visits to educate on Nabi's services and referral process.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Streamline the referral process and demonstrate value of Nabi’s model.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth provider-patient experience.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular in-person visits and local events.
