Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our referral network by engaging healthcare providers in your assigned territory. You will educate practices about Nabi’s services and support them through the referral process.

You will conduct in-person visits, drop-ins, and lunch-and-learns, building trust and driving a steady flow of patient referrals. This role requires independent field work with a home base and regular engagement with providers.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and engaging healthcare providers.
• Ability to cultivate referral relationships and convert them to partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new providers to expand referral network.
• Conduct in-person visits, drop-ins, and lunch-and-learns in practices.
• Nurture existing provider relationships to sustain referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's care model and simplify referral processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth experiences.
• Manage territory with regular field visits from a home base.
