Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager in Washington, USA. This field-based role focuses on expanding Nabi's referral network by meeting healthcare practices in person and educating them about Nabi’s weight-inclusive nutrition care.

You will develop and manage a pipeline, build trusted provider relationships, and facilitate referrals to Nabi’s care network while operating from a home base with regular local visits.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based work in a startup environment.
• Strong communicator capable of building trust with healthcare providers.
• Relationship-driven, with a consultative approach to outreach and partnerships.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a pipeline with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share Nabi's support for patients and referrals.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's value and streamline the referral process for providers.
