StructureCare is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the PA/DE Valley region from Lancaster, PA. You will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and oversee field operations with strong leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

This in-office role requires about 25% regional travel and a track record of building high-performing teams within the construction, parking, or commercial real estate sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in engineering, construction management, business management or related program.
• Progressive leadership experience in business, operations, sales, or project management within construction/building services/parking.
• Excellent relationship management, strategic planning, negotiation, problem solving, sales and execution skills.

Aufgaben

• Provides leadership to team members across Business Development, Client Services, Project Management, and Field Technician staff.
• Develops and executes territory sales and customer-retention plans to support growth and profitability.
• Directs territory-wide service delivery with budget, safety, and quality in mind to ensure profitable execution.
• Prepares Territory performance reviews and ensures efficient staffing and resource allocation.
• Maintains reliable sales forecast to aid planning and staffing decisions.
• Collaborates with leadership to secure resources and align on strategic objectives.
