Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in San Diego seeks a mature, energetic sales professional to drive business development for our home care services. You will build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, and senior living communities, while coordinating meetings and calendars.

The ideal candidate is independent, reliable and goal oriented, with a proven healthcare sales track record and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing home health services or strong sales/marketing background within healthcare.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, and senior living administrators.
• Ability to organize and execute marketing plans and events to increase referrals.
• Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain referral sources, build client relationships and coordinate calendar management and appointments.
• Assist with marketing efforts by supporting company sponsored events.
• Support sales and other revenue teams with administrative tasks.
