Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks a dynamic outside sales leader to own a broad HSS portfolio territory, collaborating with Field Application Engineers, Distribution Managers and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that address customer needs.

You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, build robust pipelines, and expand across industries while traveling roughly half your time within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside/field sales experience in industrial/technical field.
• Experience managing a geographic territory and owning a sales quota.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership & Growth: Own overall commercial performance in the territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory growth strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Drive year-over-year growth across the HSS product portfolio.
• Account Management & Expansion: grow a portfolio of key and strategic accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: lead territory team resources and align with customer needs.
• Sales Execution & Forecasting: develop accurate forecasts and manage pipeline in SFDC.
