Job summary

PIRTEK is hiring a Territory Growth Representative to drive new account acquisition in central Ohio. You will prospect daily, grow a book of business, and work with technicians to deliver uptime for customers.

Base salary is $50,000 with uncapped commissions; typical total earnings of $75,000–$85,000 in year two. The role involves travel to customer sites, trade shows, and hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• A track record of hitting sales targets — B2B or outside sales is a plus.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections without taking it personally.
• A self-starter who can run a territory without hand-holding.
• Organized enough to keep the pipeline honest.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily — cold calls, walk-ins, referrals to build the territory.
• Grow the accounts you land and anticipate client needs.
• Get out of the truck and visit job sites, maintenance shops, plants, and yards.
• Follow up after service calls to confirm delivery and request reviews.
• Keep your sales pipeline documented and up-to-date.
• Represent PIRTEK at trade shows and local events.
• Work with technicians to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
