Job summary

PIRTEK Omaha Central is seeking a proactive sales professional to prospect daily, grow key accounts, and build a strong territory plan. You’ll engage with customers, relay PIRTEK’s value, and expand service offerings in Omaha.

No hydraulic experience is required; training is provided. You’ll leverage warm relationships and a robust commission structure, with the potential to earn $70K–$80K+ as the territory grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Track record of meeting or beating sales targets (B2B or outside sales a strong plus).
• Natural relationship-builder comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.
• Self-starter who can run a territory and a pipeline without hand-holding.
• Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new accounts across your territory, meeting and beating sales goals.
• Grow existing accounts by uncovering needs and introducing new product lines.
• Keep customers happy post-sale with follow-up visits and fast issue resolution.
• Build and work a Territory Sales Plan; keep detailed records of visits and outcomes.
• Represent PIRTEK at local trade shows and community events.
• Collaborate with shop and field techs to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
