USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Greeley, CO to lead a team of outside account representatives and drive sales within a defined geography.
You will create business plans, analyze pipelines, ensure top-tier customer service, and grow revenue through leadership and coaching. You will hire, train, and mentor direct reports, develop annual territory plans, and manage forecasting to meet quota and profit goals.
The Branch Manager is responsible for driving sales and leading a team of outside account representatives to drive growth within a defined territory. This position creates business and territory plans, analyzes sales pipelines, ensures a high-level of customer service and generates sales individually and through the leadership of others. The Branch Manager is responsible for hiring, coaching, and training direct reports.
$67K - 115K Please keep in mind that this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. May be required to be on-call on nights or weekends, depending on need.
Excellent driving record required. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.
