Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two+ years of successful business development, healthcare sales, or related experience.
• Established network of professional referral relationships within the market.
• Proven track record of generating leads, developing partnerships, and closing new business.
• Ability to meet performance goals and work in a field-based territory.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and expand long-term referral relationships with healthcare professionals and partners.
• Identify prospects through market research, calls, emails, visits, and events.
• Develop and maintain a network of hospitals, clinics, and senior-care providers.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into clients.
• Navigate the referral process and present Helping Hearts’ services.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with operations, recruiting, marketing, and leadership.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual referral and revenue goals.
• Complete onboarding and provide performance updates.
