SEILER INSTRUMENT & MANUFACTURING CO INC is seeking an entry-level Territory Development Associate to grow our presence across Michigan. You’ll be the friendly first impression, engaging surveyors, engineers, and contractors while supporting the sales team with leads and events.

This role offers mentorship from senior sales leaders and exposure to Trimble solutions, with travel throughout Michigan and opportunities for career growth in sales and geospatial technology.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with technology; training provided for systems used.

Responsabilités

• Visit current and potential clients across territories, dropping off catalogs and swag while building relationships.
• Identify new leads and connect them with the sales team.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and events with marketing coordination.
• Assist with event setup, giveaways, and attendee engagement.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.
