Job summary

Seiler Geospatial in Iowa seeks an entry-level Territory Development Associate to grow our presence with surveyors, engineers, and contractors. You’ll be the friendly first impression, dropping off catalogs, sharing our brand, and opening doors for the sales team.

This role offers mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to Trimble solutions, serving as a launchpad into sales, geospatial tech, or account management. Expect travel and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Good communicator and organized multitasker.
• Comfortable with technology (CRM/Salesforce a plus, but we’ll train the candidate as well).
• Willingness to travel regularly (some overnight).
• Nice to have familiarity with surveying, engineering, or related construction fields.

Responsibilities

• Visit current and potential clients across Territories - dropping off catalogs, swag while fostering new and reinforcing current client relationships.
• Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.
