Job summary

Surface Experts of Central Indiana is looking for a motivated individual for in-field sales. You'll have the freedom to structure your day while working mainly in the field, doing about 15 on-site visits daily. No formal sales experience is required, as we will teach you the process, emphasizing the right attributes.

Schedule and Location

• Majority time doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work
• Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends)
• Midweek appointment scheduling autonomy allows you to balance work commitments with personal appointments

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Map your route, run approximately 15 on-site visits, and book work
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team
• Handle light admin and prep from home
• Attend weekly sales coaching and ongoing support sessions

We do not require formal sales experience, industry background, or a degree. We can teach the process, but we need the following attributes.
