Orion180 Insurance Services LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our agency network across the states we serve. In this role, you’ll recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with independent agencies to drive premium growth and territory performance.

You will collaborate with Onboarding, Underwriting, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless partner experience, deliver impactful webinars, and stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, mortgage industry sales, or business development.
• Active P&C license required, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Support agency onboarding and integrate new agencies into the Orion180 platform.
• Promote products to independent agencies to grow premiums and policy counts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, producers, CSRs, and staff.
• Deliver clear communication, including webinars and agency meetings.
• Provide guidance on underwriting guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Underwriting to resolve issues and improve the partner experience.
• Create and interpret Excel-based reports to track performance metrics.
• Stay aware of market conditions, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
• Evaluate territory performance and assist leadership with improvements.
