Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales within an assigned geography by engaging Gastroenterologists, APPs, and select Primary Care Physicians with clinically-focused messaging. You will work closely with regional leadership to meet territory goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in medical or related sales, with a proven track record in launching new products and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more of medical sales experience or equivalent and GI exposure preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success and ability to launch new products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with health care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales per territory and exceed goals.
• Develop territory plans with Regional Sales Manager.
• Engage Gastroenterologists, APPs, and selected PCPs with clinically-focused messages.
• Collaborate with marketing, market access, and operations to optimize pull-through.
