Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking an Outside Food Service Sales Rep to support sales development in the Napa/Lake County area. The role involves account management, order writing, and striving to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in relevant sales/food sectors, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience required.
• 3-5 years restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customers, and increase demand for existing accounts.
• Develop territory sales plans, write orders, and manage sales processes.
• Provide guidance and service to customers, and communicate terms with credit departments.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, and report variances to management.
• Support promotional activities and prepare quotes/bid responses.
