Job summary

Gordon Food Service invites you to join our sales team as an Outside Food Sales Representative in the United States. You’ll cultivate relationships, pursue new customers, and manage an assigned territory with a focus on growth and service excellence.

You’ll receive training, a blended compensation package including salary, commission and bonuses, and reimbursement programs for automobile and cell phone expenses as you build a successful regional book of business from Boynton Beach, FL and beyond.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience.
• Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Veterans and active military members encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers within your assigned territory through research and targeted outreach.
• Deepen and strengthen relationships with existing customers; conduct business reviews and provide training on products.
• Manage sales territory by coordinating visits and communicating order status to customers.
• Engage in sales training during your first 90 days to learn systems, products, and best practices.
