Gordon Food Service in Wake Forest, NC is seeking an Outside Food Sales Representative to manage a defined territory, grow existing accounts, and win new business through solutions-driven selling and strong relationship building.

You will travel within the territory, present product value, coordinate with internal teams, and train customers on offerings while pursuing growth targets and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred.
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience.
• Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain your food safety certification.

Aufgaben

• Pursuing new customers within the territory: research industry trends, identify prospects, and present sales strategies.
• Deepen and strengthen relationships by visiting customers regularly and conducting reviews.
• Provide ongoing product training to customers and identify opportunities to add value.
• Manage sales territory, balance new acquisitions with existing relationships, and coordinate visits.
• Support the sales process through training and use of Gordon Food Service tools and resources.
