Dinges Fire Company is expanding its fire service-focused sales team in the United States. The role is commission-based and hinges on your ability to build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers within your territory, while delivering excellent product and service delivery.

Most reps are firefighters, which helps in understanding product details and customer needs. You can work full-time as a primary income source or part-time for additional earnings, with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Firefighter or EMS personnel is required.
• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities.
• Participate in sales events and training.
