Job summary

Dinges Fire Company seeks driven sales professionals to plan and execute sales activities across assigned territories. Build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, present products and services, and close deals with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Most reps are firefighters; being one is not mandatory but highly beneficial for product knowledge. Compensation is commission-based with unlimited upside and growth potential within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor by design (1099).
• Pay is commission-based with unlimited potential.
• Many reps are also firefighters, leveraging field knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity and calls to customers.
• Develop and present proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on activities.
• Monitor sales activities and report to management.
• Participate in sales events and trainings.
