Job summary

Novo Building Products in Shakopee, MN seeks a Territory Service Representative to provide full store service to National Home Center (NHC) accounts within an assigned territory. You will travel to Lowes stores as needed due to vacancies, PTO, or surge in business.

You will manage inventory, maintain product displays, train store personnel on products and services, analyze performance and market conditions, and support store resets and special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and adequate auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
• Courteous, diplomatic, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Travels to stores within the territory on a regular call schedule.
• Maintains inventory through focus and cycle counts and notifies customers when changes are needed.
• Keeps product presentation in stores, updates materials, and processes returns/credits.
• Provides training to store personnel on products and services.
• Analyzes performance and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Supports store reset activities with the planning team as needed.
• Participates in events such as Grand Openings or product trainings.
• Stocks replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery; may stock additional stores.
• Manages expenses per corporate policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
