Responsibilities include owning P&L, labor utilization, and collaborating with Sales to grow the business while maintaining exceptional customer service across all locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple operations, branches, or service locations.
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
• Proven coaching and development of frontline leaders.
• Track record of improving performance via KPIs and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations across the territory ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Field Service Supervisors to build high-performing teams.
• Drive accountability through KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial performance.
• Own branch P&L, labor utilization, revenue growth, and gross margin to deliver results.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote a safety-first culture and compliance with policies and standards.
• Standardize best practices and lead continuous improvement across locations.
• Support preventive maintenance, emergency service, inspections, and project execution.
