Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing a new operation in an industrial setting.
• Strong background in industrial mechanical construction, maintenance, installation, and project work.
• Knowledge of the Carolinas market and regional opportunities.
• Experience estimating, quoting, and bidding industrial mechanical work.
• Proven leadership of field teams and driving safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Uptime Industrial’s presence throughout South and North Carolina.
• Manage local opportunity pipeline and pursue new business and projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, project setup, scope, and margins.
• Monitor costs, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the local team, recruit as needed, coach and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources and growth.
