Job summary

Carlton Industrial Solutions is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow a designated area in the Mid-Atlantic by selling weighing and automation solutions and related services.

You will develop strategic plans, nurture customer relationships, and partner with Operations to ensure seamless delivery from initial contact to installation and ongoing support. Travel ~25% is expected as you expand Carlton's footprint.

Qualifications

• Territory sales experience (required).
• Industrial equipment, weighing systems, automation, or electromechanical equipment sales (preferred).
• Account management experience
• CRM experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop your assigned territory through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
• Sell industry-leading industrial weighing equipment, automation solutions, and value-added service programs.
• Partner closely with Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation and ongoing support.
• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.
• Create and execute territory business plans that drive market share and revenue growth.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations focused on solving customer challenges, not simply selling equipment.
• Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to effectively manage your pipeline and achieve sales goals.
• Represent Carlton Industrial Solutions at customer sites, trade events, and industry organizations.
