Carlton Industrial Solutions is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead multiple Industrial Field Service branches in Fort Mill, SC. You will drive safety, quality, profitability, and develop Field Service Supervisors to build strong teams.

Responsibilities include owning P&L, labor utilization, and collaborating with Sales to grow the business while maintaining exceptional customer service across all locations.
