Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple operations, branches, or service locations.
• Leadership experience within Industrial Field Service or related tech env.
• Strong P&L management with financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple branches.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Field Service Supervisors.
• Drive accountability through KPIs, productivity, and margins.
• Own branch P&L, labor utilization, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and growth opportunities.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Standardize best practices and lead continuous improvement.
