Job summary

ML Utilities is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and grow existing customer relationships across Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. This role covers the MD, VA, and DE territory and is based from Spring Hill, TN.

You will develop accounts, sell equipment and fleet solutions, and promote rentals, service, inspections, and parts. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and close B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in utility equipment or related markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing relationships in MD, VA, DE.
• Sell equipment and fleet solutions including bucket trucks, digger derricks, service trucks.
• Promote rentals, service, inspections, parts, and aftermarket support.
• Prepare quotes, equipment specs, and proposals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, site visits, and networking.
• Forecast opportunities using CRM tools.
