Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive training, brand advocacy, and on-site sales within a designated retail territory. You will educate consumers and sales associates, demonstrate products, and work closely with client leadership to optimize promotions and education efforts.

The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to travel within the territory to multiple stores, delivering product education and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years minimum experience selling industry related solutions to end-users and customer facing retail sales.
• 2+ years experience of training retail associates.
• Proven track record of attaining sales objectives.
• Access to internet for email and report submissions.
• Retail sales or retail management experience is a plus.
• Must have a web enabled device (smartphone or tablet) with iOS or Android 2.2+ with data plan.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly quota.
• Communicate status of qualified opportunities to program leadership.
• Conduct on-site data gathering to design and explain products and solutions.
• Present solutions and designs to end users.
• Provide product demonstrations to facilitate closing.
• Travel within territory to stores as needed.
• Create visit schedules based on store needs.
• Develop and facilitate product education and training sessions for client’s sales channels.
• Maintain regular interaction with client leadership for training, funnel management, and lead generation.
• Report territory performance metrics and revenue attainment.
