Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Waco, TX territory. You will develop relationships with Store Managers and retail personnel to meet short- and long-term objectives, delivering the value of retail (VOR) across displays, new items, and core distribution.

The role requires living within 50 miles of Waco, TX, a valid driver’s license, and up to 40% travel. You will collaborate with store teams to drive volume and ensure price and feature promotions are executed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience with CPG products preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and maximize support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborate with store and district retail personnel to create business reviews that drive volume.
• Lead prudent financial resource expenditures.
• Ensure pricing guideline compliance at retail level.
• Report competitive price changes and promotional support and resolve pricing issues.
• Identify voids and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to achieve shelf schematics and rotate stock.
• Develop and maintain relations with territory staff to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights from retail level to management.
