Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and deliver sales for the Arlington, TX territory by cultivating relationships with Store Managers and retail personnel. The role focuses on wall-to-wall sales coverage, displays, new items, price compliance, and promotions to drive volume and shelf presence.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in retail sales or related experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience with CPG products preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborates with store-level personnel to drive volume and business reviews.
