Expect to build plans, present to architects and contractors, and expand distributor partnerships. Travel and extended hours may be required to meet goals and service customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the construction products industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develops Territory Development Plan focusing on key market segments and growth accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to contractors to position Carlisle as supplier of choice and win bids.
• Delivers project-specific support to installers and design professionals for effective specification.
• Performs technical sales presentations to specifiers, contractors, and distributors.
• Calls on new and existing distributors to establish channel partners and mutual plans.
