Sagebrook Home | Elevarre is seeking a driven field salesperson to own a dedicated Texas territory and build lasting relationships with retailers, designers, and showrooms. This full-time, W-2 role reports to the VP of Sales, North America and offers base salary plus commission and bonus, plus training, 401(k), medical and dental, life insurance, travel reimbursement, and strong marketing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in home decor, furniture, or wholesale is a big plus.
• Energy, hustle, and love of face-to-face selling.
• Comfort walking into a store and building relationships from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers in your territory.
• Regular in-person visits to retailers, designers, and showrooms.
• Grow existing accounts and hunt new ones through store visits and cold outreach.
• Represent us at trade shows across key cities.
• Become a trusted product expert for customers.
• Set goals per account and drive results.
