Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Florence, SC. This outside role will have you meeting with business owners in your territory, presenting supplemental insurance products, and growing your own client base.

You control your schedule, report to management on targets, and earn weekly draw pay plus bonuses, commissions, and trips. A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in outside sales is preferred; health & life licensing is required or reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Background in sales is helpful but not required, passion for helping others matters.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time 40-hour work week.
• License in Health & Life or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in assigned territory, meet decision-makers in SMBs, present supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily; balance cold lead gen with warm leads.
