Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to travel within a defined territory, meeting business owners and decision makers to present supplemental insurance products. You will schedule and conduct on-site presentations, build your own book of business, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or minimum 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales representing supplemental insurance products to small/medium businesses in your territory.
• Call on business owners, benefits managers, and employees; deliver product presentations to groups of 50–100+ people.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
