You'll work in the field, meet decision-makers, and balance cold outreach with warm leads. The role offers training, pay structure with draw, commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Background in sales is a plus; great with people and willing to succeed.
• Licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Balance cold leads with warm leads and appointments.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
