Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Field Sales Representative for the Rapid City, SD territory. You will build relationships with store managers to drive wall-to-wall Nestlé product coverage, manage displays, and ensure new items reach shelves efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience of CPG products preferred, not required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Strong communication (oral and written), selling and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborate with store-level/district-level retail personnel to create and execute business reviews.
• Lead expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Ensure pricing guideline compliance at retail level.
• Report competitive price changes and promotional support and resolve pricing issues.
• Identify and correct voids and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to achieve shelf schematic compliance and rotate stock.
• Develop and maintain relations with territory personnel to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights from the retail level to management.
