Job summary

Acosta Group in United States (TX, Allen) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow Danone brand presence and drive territory sales growth through customer engagement and merchandising.

The role includes promoting CPG products, expanding distribution, and delivering strong customer experiences across multiple stores, with a daytime full-time schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Experience in outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales merchandising preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
