Job summary

ACO-US is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Harrisburg, PA to drive sales growth and Danone brand presence within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships to deliver positive customer experiences in a field-based role.

You will promote and sell consumer packaged goods, expand distribution, and maintain in-store displays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CPG products and merchandising within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotions.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Report sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and merchandising standards.
