Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our wildlife services business in the Nashville area. You will prospect, consult with customers, and present tailored humane removal and prevention solutions to residential and commercial clients.

You will build long-term relationships, manage a local pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial contact to service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Must be available to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven outside sales experience; pest control/field service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
