Job summary

BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the Johnstown/Altoona, PA area. This hybrid role requires local travel 2–5 days per week and combines home office, school, community, and event environments to drive territory growth.

You will partner with schools and youth programs to deliver full-cycle sales, from prospecting and lead generation to account management and post-sale service. Expect evenings/weekends as needed.

• High level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM data and travel within territory.
