BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Sarasota, FL. The role focuses on consultative sales to schools, clubs and youth programs within the assigned territory, driving full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service.

The position offers a hybrid work environment with evenings/weekends possible and local travel to schools and organizations. Competitive base draw plus performance incentives with opportunities across multiple sports.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches within an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive new opportunities through campaigns and outreach.
• Navigate CRM to manage prospects, accounts and activity.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
