Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to act as a consultative partner to schools and community programs within an assigned territory. This hybrid, field-based role combines a home-office setup with on-site visits to maximize client relationships and sales opportunities.

You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service, leverage CRM tools and data insights, and earn unlimited commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data and account management activities.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within territory to manage client relationships.
