Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in the Southwest Indianapolis territory. The role requires managing local client relationships, traveling to schools and events, and thriving in a hybrid work environment.

You will generate revenue, qualify leads, and use CRM data to drive opportunities. Evening/weekend availability may be required, with a reliable vehicle and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred).
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and client relationships.
• Increase sales across sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within territory.
