Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated Florida territory, building relationships with small- and mid-sized businesses and presenting comprehensive supplemental insurance solutions to employees.

You will receive training, use our Salesforce CRM, and work with a team of high-achieving peers to schedule meetings and grow your client portfolio. You’ll be measured on weekly activity and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets or performance-based goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and develop a client base within your territory.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to employees and their needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
