Job summary

QXO seeks an energetic outside sales representative to expand the territory’s sales volume and profits with new and existing customers. You will plan calls, develop strategic sales plans, and identify opportunities across product lines while coordinating with Customer Service for orders and quotes.

You will report on weekly activities, utilize the CRM, and travel within a 250-mile radius with overnight stays as needed to grow market share and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for company business.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in B2B.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid license with few moving violations in 3 years.
• Overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales volume and profits within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Plan pre-call activities, use market information, schedule and maximize opportunities.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product lines.
• Communicate order details to Customer Service and prepare quotes and proposals.
• Report weekly sales activities and forecast information and manage expenses.
