Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Arlington, TX territory. You will own and deliver sales by developing relationships with store managers and retail personnel to achieve short- and long-term objectives, including wall-to-wall shelf coverage and promotions.

Responsibilities include promoting displays, monitoring pricing, resolving out-of-stock issues, and driving product availability. Travel up to 40% and reside within 50 miles of Arlington, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience of CPG products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for display and promotions.
• Collaborate with store/ district personnel for business reviews.
• Ensure pricing guidelines and monitor promotions at retail level.
• Develop relations with territory personnel to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights from retail to management.
