Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Boston is seeking a Field Sales Professional to act as a consultative partner for schools, clubs, and youth programs within the assigned territory. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management and post-sale service, delivering best-in-class support to coaches and administrators.

The role emphasizes territory planning, data-driven insights, and building a strong pipeline of new business through in-person engagement and CRM

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and do everything possible to make their lives easier.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Navigate CRM functions (prospecting, account management, activity tracking) to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
