Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Field Sales Representative to own and deliver sales for the Washington, DC, Hyattsville, and Silver Spring territory. You will build relationships with store managers and retail staff to achieve short- and long-term objectives, focusing on Wall-to-Wall coverage, displays, new items, and core distribution.

The role requires traveling within the territory, strong communication and selling skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication (oral and written) and selling skills.
• Analytical skills to analyze financial, inventory and retail data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and other POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and maximize support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays and additional products based on opportunities.
• Collaborate with store-level teams to conduct business reviews that drive volume and ensure pricing compliance.
• Analyze market insights from retail level and communicate them to management.
