Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Washington, DC; Hyattsville, MD; Silver Spring, MD territory. You will develop relationships with store personnel to achieve performance goals and ensure wall-to-wall Nestlé coverage.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years in retail sales, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in retail sales, merchandising, or retail management.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; willingness to travel.
• Strong communication, customer service and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and promotions.
• Collaborate with store personnel to drive volume and execute reviews.
• Ensure pricing guidelines and monitor promotional support.
• Identify gaps, stock new items, and maintain shelf compliance.
• Develop relationships within the territory to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights to management.
