Job summary

Juul Labs is hiring for a field sales role responsible for managing the territory and driving product presence in retail partners across the designated geography. You will execute promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory plans while leveraging data insights to optimize performance.

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a marketing-focused role, B2B sales, or field sales is a plus.
• Proficient with sales technologies to analyze data insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and distribution within a geography, including merchandising.
• Sell company initiatives to retail partners, including promotions, inventory and pricing strategies.
• Develop local strategy and business plan to meet territory objectives.
• Consult with retail partners on category management and business analytics.
• Analyze progress against initiatives and track key metrics.
• Execute account management across chain and distribution accounts.
